Leon Rowley
Corporate Finance Director

Leon joined the firm in 1992 from Sheffield University where he graduated with a degree in Spanish with Business Studies.  He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 and became a Fellow of the Association in 2001.

Following a number of years experience gained within the business assurance arm of the firm, Leon moved to the corporate finance department to become involved in transaction based work and was promoted to a Director in 2004.  Leon has extensive experience in MBOs/MBIs, company disposals, fund raises and financial due diligence assignments.  He has personally handled the sale of a number of businesses and has advised on a broad range of corporate acquisitions.
