History

Friend LLP was founded as Friend & Co. in 1983 as a specialist practice focussing on corporate finance and tax advice.

The firm has since grown and expanded steadily over the last two decades, developing into a well respected practice offering a broad range of professional advice and services. It converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in June 2003.

Friend LLP operates from offices at the heart of central Birmingham's thriving convention quarter, from where it serves its national and international client base.
