Audit Senior
The Opportunity:
Friend LLP are a leading independent professional services firm providing audit, tax and corporate finance advice and services primarily to privately owned SMEs. It has experienced rapid growth over the last 12 months across all practice areas. The audit department is now looking to recruit a senior to work on an ever increasing and active client base.
The Position:
The candidate will work closely with the senior manager and partner in delivering client statutory audits. The role will include completing client audit assignments and delivering a wide range of other business assurance and advisory services such as due diligence, specialist reporting, risk consulting and accounting outsourcing. The role will involve direct exposure to clients and a hands-on approach. There is also clear potential for rapid career progression with the firm.
Key Criteria:
Candidates will exhibit the following: newly qualified ACA or ACCA, experience of private company audits and general business advisory, technical skills "a given" (eg auditing, accounting, spreadsheet, report writing, etc) with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be ambitious and entrepreneurial with a desire to work hard to reap the rewards.
