Friend LLP was founded as Friend & Co. in 1983 as a specialist practice focussing on Corporate Finance and Tax advice.

The firm has since grown and expanded steadily over the last two decades, developing into a well respected practice offering a broad range of professional advice and services. It converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in June 2003.

Friend LLP offers a broad range of professional advice and services to clients. These include Audit, Tax and Corporate Finance.

Our clients are principally substantial SMEs operating in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, distribution & retailing, construction and technology.
